为什么说冷凝器先焊后胀的制造工序很重要

 冷凝器先焊后账工序,焊前管板坡口容易清洗干净,焊接时管子与管板间隙处的空气可以从正反两侧排除,对于防止焊缝产生气孔及保证焊接接头的质量十分有益。同时,后胀可以使胀口胀后的残余应力不会松弛,避免了因焊接高温的影响而发生松弛。但是对于焊接性较差的管子与管板接头,胀接时焊道容易产生微裂纹,甚至于将焊道胀裂。对于这种情况,应采用深度胀,使胀接部位避开焊道,从而减小胀接对焊道的影响,这也是冷凝器先焊后胀工艺的最大不足。
