制冷系统采用蒸发式冷凝器能带来明显的节能效果

冷凝器是制冷系统主要的热交换设备之一,其作用是将压缩机排出的高温、过热制冷剂蒸汽冷却成为常压常温制冷剂液体。常用的冷凝器按其冷却介质和冷却方式的不同分为三种类型:水冷式(又可分为壳管式、套管式、沉浸式等)、空气冷却式(或称风冷式)及蒸发式(制冷剂在管内冷凝,管外有喷淋水同时受到水及空气的冷却)。显然,选择不同形式的冷凝器,其水泵和风机的能耗是不同的,同时造成的冷凝压力高低不等从而影响压缩机压缩过程的耗功和制冷量。因此,正确的选型与配置冷凝器,应该引起我们的重视。

    空气冷却式冷凝器由于冷却效果较差、冷凝温度较高,故主要用于缺乏冷却水源场所、分散式及小型制冷系统。而大、中型制冷系统,以往我们应用最多的是立式或卧式壳管式冷凝器,同时为了减少冷却水消耗量,大多使用循环水,故需建有冷却水塔或凉水池,因而造成了冷凝器和冷却塔装置占地面积大、循环水泵和冷却水塔风机耗功均较大的缺点。从二十世纪七十年代起,国际上发达国际改用蒸发式冷凝器代替水冷式冷凝器,由于蒸发式冷凝器的循环水流量仅为水冷式冷凝器的10%,水泵的能耗将明显降低;采用风冷式冷凝器,虽然不用水泵,只需要风机,但其空气流量要比蒸发式冷凝器大数倍,而且还造成冷凝压力较高。

    从上世纪八十年代起,我国的化工业和食品冷库工程也开始采用蒸发式冷凝器来代替水冷式冷凝器,近二十年来的应用实践证明,他具有明显的节能效果。

In order to reduce the consumption of cooling water, most of the circulating water is used, so the cooling tower or the cool water tank should be built. Therefore, the condenser and cooling tower equipment have a large area, the circulating water pump and the cooling tower fan are used. Great shortcomings. Since 1970s, the international developed world has replaced the water cooled condenser with evaporative condenser. Because the circulating water flow rate of the evaporative condenser is only 10% of the water cooled condenser, the energy consumption of the water pump will be reduced obviously. It is several times larger than the evaporative condenser, and also causes higher condensation pressure.

From the 80s of last century, the evaporative condenser was used to replace the water-cooled condenser in the chemical industry and the food cold storage project in China. The application practice in the last twenty years has proved that he has obvious energy saving effect.
