厂家如何提高列管式冷凝器的散热性

列管式冷凝器按材质分为碳钢列管式冷凝器、不锈钢列管式冷凝器和碳钢与不锈钢混合列管式冷凝三种。按形式分为固定管板式、浮头式、U型管式换热器。按结构分为单管程、双管程和多管程。这种机器在使用中都会产生热量,为了不影响它的后期,那么你是否知道怎么去给列管式冷凝器散热呢?又该怎样才能提高它的散热效果呢?

1.在冷凝器进出口间加一旁通管。通过控制调节阀的开度和进换热器的水量来达到系统对冷凝器阻力的要求,并用流经旁通管的水与冷凝器出口的水混合达到系统要求的供水温度。

By controlling the opening of the control valve and the amount of water entering the heat exchanger, the system can meet the requirement of the resistance of the condenser, and mix the water flowing through the bypass pipe with the water flowing through the outlet of the condenser to meet the water supply temperature required by the system.

2.合理的流程设计。在相同热负荷下,流程设计合理的冷凝器既可以获得较小的换热面积,又能节省成本。流程设计的不合理以及采用多流程设计,不但使设备运行费用增加、冷热介质在板间非全逆流、从而影响散热效果,而且很容易出现通道堵塞现象、不利于整机运行。

2. Reasonable process design. Under the same heat load, the condenser with reasonable process design can not only obtain smaller heat transfer area, but also save cost. The unreasonable process design and multi-process design not only increase the operating cost of the equipment, but also affect the heat dissipation effect by the incomplete counter-current of the hot and cold media between the boards. Moreover, it is easy to cause channel blockage, which is not conducive to the operation of the whole machine.

3.冷热流通截面不等,通过调整冷凝器冷热两侧的流通的截面积来调整两侧板间的热量流速,从而提高介质处理量小的一侧的对流换热系数,继而就能达到提高整机散热效果的目的。

3. The cross-section of heat and cold flow is different.
