怎么解决列管式冷凝器的外力损伤及磨损问题

列管式冷凝器在进行操作的过程中,一般情况下泄漏的原因是壳体损伤或者是管口焊缝泄漏。在运行的过程中由于生产的连续性,其冷凝器一般情况下会处于不断工作状态,很难发现漏点,发现了又很难处理。接下来我们一起来看一下列管式冷凝器的外力损伤及磨损。

1、列管式冷凝器的外力损伤

冷凝器在运输或者是安装的过程中由于受到外力的作用,这样往往会损伤暴露在外面的钢板外壳,使外壳出现裂纹或其它损坏,初期可能很小,不易被发觉,但使用一段时间后就会慢慢扩大,发生泄漏。

2、列管式冷凝器的磨损

冷凝器已经使用了多年,在进行操作时其钢管壁受到冷却水内杂质的磨损以及物料等的腐蚀,这样就可以使得管壁有一定的损害,加上为了去除水垢、泥垢、锈等,每年都要进行1~2次的清洗,也对管壁及管壳造成一定的损伤。

In addition, in order to remove scale, dirt, rust, etc., cleaning once or twice a year also causes some damage to the pipe wall and shell.

3、列管式冷凝器的质量差

大多数情况下,冷凝器的泄漏是在端头花板与列管管头的焊缝上。焊缝泄漏,只能说明是焊接质量问题。由于这部分通常是采用手工电弧焊,其中存在着夹渣、气泡、焊缝不饱满及未焊透等现象。这些情况在初期很难判断,但使用一段时间后就会暴露出来。

In most cases, the leakage of the condenser is in the weld between the end plate and the tube head. The leakage of weld seam can only be explained as welding quality problem. Because this part is usually welded by manual arc welding, there are some phenomena, such as slag inclusion, air bubbles, insufficient weld and incomplete penetration. These situations are difficult to judge in the initial stage, but will be exposed after a period of time.

4、列管式冷凝器的钢管质量差

4. Poor quality of steel tubes for tubular condensers

有些时候我们发现列管间物料从列管口冒出,这说明管壁有破损,物料从管口漏入管内,再从管口冒出来。列管式冷凝器暴露在外面的是钢板外壳,列管均匀分布在壳体内,并两头焊接在壳体两端的花板上,列管不会受到外力的损伤。而这些冷凝器使用时间还不太长,前面提到的磨损腐蚀损伤都不会太严重,因此只能认为列管泄漏是部分钢管质量有问题。

The material leaks into the pipe from the nozzle and then comes out from the nozzle. The tube condenser is exposed to the outside of the steel plate shell. These condensers have not been used for a long time, and the wear and corrosion damage mentioned above will not be too serious. Therefore, it can only be considered that tube leakage is a problem of the quality of some steel tubes.
