厂家如何判断冷凝器的执行标准

我们考试合不合格都有一定的评判标准,那冷凝器作为一种产品,被投入到生产中,在此之前是有标准来判断它是否合格的,下面方法为冷凝器厂家大家介绍一下。1、底胎表面应平整,不得有显着的工具伤痕、凹坑、夹层等机械缺陷。2、底胎表面的焊道要平直、规整,焊缝宽度不得超过钢板、厚度的1.5倍。冷凝器的焊缝接头要圆滑地过渡,不允许有夹渣、气孔、咬边、未焊透等缺陷。

The following methods are introduced for condenser manufacturers. 1. The surface of the bottom tyre should be smooth, and there should be no obvious tool scars, pits, sandwiches and other mechanical defects. 2. The weld bead on the bottom tire surface should be straight and regular, and the width of the weld should not exceed 1.5 times of the steel plate and thickness. The weld joint of the condenser should be smooth transition, and no slag inclusion, blowhole, undercut and impermeable defects are allowed.

3、底胎表面的焊缝在喷砂前要进行磨光。

另外,小编提醒冷凝器损坏后到搪瓷厂进行复搪,必须进行热处理(脱氢),以消除爆瓷部位基材渗入的氢。喷砂是将底胎表面打粗糙,增加表面自由能及比表面积,从而提高底胎金属与底釉的密着。
