冷凝器管子焊接结构形式有哪些工艺

冷凝器管子焊接结构形式主要有两大类,一种是用胀接保证强度,用焊接来保证密封;另一种是用焊接来保证强度和密封的形式。对于管端焊接,焊接结构形式应根据管子与管板材料、物理性能、焊接性能和介质的工艺参数来决定。冷凝器管子伸出管板长度为3mm左右或等于管子厚度。隔热槽在焊接过中,除可以减少管板的变形,还可以保证焊接质量。通过隔热槽可实现管子与管板的等厚度焊接。

There are two main types of pipe welding structure in condenser, one is to use expansion joint to guarantee strength, to ensure sealing by welding; the other is to use welding to ensure strength and seal. For pipe end welding, the welding structure should be decided according to pipe and tubesheet materials, physical properties, welding properties and process parameters of the medium. The length of the condenser tube is about 3mm or equal to the thickness of the pipe. The insulation groove is welded, which can reduce the deformation of the tube sheet and ensure the welding quality. The equal thickness welding of tube and tubesheet can be realized through heat insulation groove.
